Qualifications:

• Certifications in the maintenance field
• Five (5) years’ experience in commercial, industrial or institutional maintenance field

Basic Qualifications and Responsibilities:

1. Possess a basic knowledge of: (preferred but not required)
   1. Indiana Maintenance codes (HVAC/Electrical a plus)
   2. Basic experience and/or knowledge in HVAC 
   3. Knowledge of doors, locks, closures and security access controls helpful
   4. Basic carpentry skills
   5. Snow removal as needed
2. Maintain facilities for safety and security problems.
3. Ensure buildings are operational in all mechanical areas.
4. Demonstrate proficiency in all performance responsibilities for Maintenance personnel.
5. Ensure all local, state, federal & IOSHA codes are met.
6. Ensure summer maintenance work lists are prepared and communicated to proper personnel.
7. All other duties as assigned by administration.
