• Display a positive and cooperative attitude in dealing with students, parents, faculty, staff, and community and be part of a “team” representing the school and School Corporation.
•  Handle information and materials in a highly confidential manner.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
• Computer skills with preferred software being Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerSchool, Google Drive
•    Maintains records of all fund accounts for the school.

    Arranges for substitutes and maintains certification for staff.

• Ordering supplies for all staff
• Manage a PTO and Staff Flower accounts
• Field trip payments and transportation 
• Monitoring repairs (tech tickets) and keeping a list of all devices for all classrooms
• Billing for tech
• Billing for book rental and fee. Also for lost or damaged items.

 

• Prepare and submit reports in an accurate and timely fashion as requested by the principal.
• Assists with filing, correspondence, and various tasks as requested by the principal.
• Coverage of other office staff duties when staff are absent. 
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the principal.
